1. Waste Collection: Implement a system to collect and sort leather waste, ensuring it is suitable for upcycling.

• Gather leather waste : Collect all the leather scraps and offcuts generated in your factory. These could be remnants from the production process, damaged pieces, or excess materials that are no longer suitable for the original intended purpose.
